To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review and follow these policies regarding lateness, cancellations, and rescheduling. —— Late Arrival Policy (15-Minute Grace Period) (ONLY 5-Minute Grace Period for Wax/Facial Services) • Clients have a 15-minute (or 5-Minute) grace period to arrive for their scheduled appointment. • If you arrive within this window, your appointment may still proceed, but the service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time. • If you are more than your grace period late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show, requiring a new booking and a deposit fee. —— Cancellation Policy (24-Hour Notice Required) • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of [Insert Fee Amount]. • No-call/no-show appointments will be required to pay a full-service fee before rebooking. —— Rescheduling Policy (24-Hour Notice Required) • To reschedule an appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new date. • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit will be required for a future appointment. • YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE A SINGLE APPOINTMENT ONE TIME.
